Accessibility statement

Last reviewed: 28 October 2026

We want everyone to be able to use Insurance Tracker, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, voice control, screen magnification or larger text.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. We check the website with automated tools (axe-core), by keyboard only, at 200% zoom and at phone width.

What works today

Known limits

We have not checked Insurance Tracker against every part of WCAG, so we do not claim that it fully conforms. We keep improving it, and we fix problems that people report to us.

Another way to get it done

If any part of Insurance Tracker gets in your way, you do not have to use it. To get a certificate of insurance or a copy of a record, call or email us and we will help.

Get help or report a problem

If something on Insurance Tracker is hard to use, contact us and we will help you finish the task and fix the problem.

Please tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser and any assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

Continuous improvement

We review accessibility whenever we add a feature, and we re-test the whole site at least once a year.
