How it works

  1. Add your policies

Upload each policy's PDF with the carrier, policy number, term and premium.

  2. Keep your certificates with them

The certificates you send to clients and the ones you collect from vendors and subcontractors. Every version is kept.

  3. See renewals early

Renewals are planned at 90, 60 and 30 days, so you see anything that's about to run out while there's time to act.

What it keeps track of

For insurance agents

When your clients keep their insurance here, you see what they allow: their policies, upcoming renewals, and the certificates they need from you.

Insurance Tracker never prices, ranks or recommends coverage.

Is Insurance Tracker an insurance company or agency?

No. It's a tracking tool. It doesn't sell, place or guarantee insurance, and it isn't an agent or broker. Your licensed agent handles your coverage.

Does it check my coverage?

No. It keeps your documents and dates organized. Confirm your coverage with your agent. A certificate of insurance isn't a policy.

What kinds of insurance can I keep in it?

Any business policy: general liability, auto, workers' comp, property, professional, umbrella and more.

Who can see my information?

Only the people you invite to your company. Your agent sees only what you allow.
